We are a physiotherapy practice committed to improving the health related quality of life of our patients. By assessing the patients we identify the specific problems and needs and focus on these. We treat using the hands on approach. Common conditions treated at our practice are headaches, neck and back pain, sports injuries, sinusitis, neurological conditions. post traumatic injuries, orthopaedic conditions, chest conditions and chronic pain. We also focus on rehabilitation for chronic diseases of lifestyle especially chronic obstructive airways disease (COPD). Our aim is teach patients to manage their problems in order to prevent recurrence by modifying their lifestyles. We include exercise as an essential part of the management of all our patients working closely with our biokineticicts in ensuring that the best possible outcome of treatment is achieved. All our physiotherapists continually attend courses to update their knowledge and skills thus ensuring that the patients have access to the best evidence based physiotherapy.
